An intro session
is how the work begins.
A focused 60-minute consultation. We assess fit clinically — both ways — before any longer commitment is discussed.
Three things in sixty minutes.
A focused mapping of what brought you here, what you've tried, and what hasn't worked. Not a retelling of everything — a structured intake that gives us a working picture.
I evaluate whether Mental Engineering applies to your specific case. You evaluate whether this work and this clinician fit. Both assessments matter — and both happen in this session.
If we both decide to continue, I'll send a tailored package proposal afterwards. If not, you leave with a clear summary and a referral if useful. Either way, you leave knowing where you stand.
“The intro is its own clinical session — not a sales call. You pay for the time, the assessment and the direct answer at the end. It is priced and structured to stand on its own, whether or not we continue.”
The intro fee covers 60 minutes of diagnostic and evaluative work. That work happens regardless of what follows. The intro does not count toward any package, and there is no refund policy contingent on the outcome — because the session itself is the product.
Two outcomes.
Both direct.
You receive a private link to the package payment within 1–2 days, plus a brief written summary of what we discussed and what the work would target. The package is tailored to what we found — not a menu you pick from.
I tell you directly during the session, with reasoning. No upsell pressure. If another approach is more appropriate for your situation, I name it. The session still gave you a clinical picture — that doesn't disappear if we don't continue.
Package prices are not published on this site. The right package depends on what we find in the intro. A proposal arrives by email only if and when we decide to continue.
