Digital Products & Refunds

This policy covers the downloadable PDF guides sold via andreylaugman.com. It does not cover clinical consultations or packages, which are governed by the Refund Policy.

Guides are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. After payment you receive a private download link by email; the link is valid for 72 hours and permits up to five downloads.

The product is the PDF itself. No account, shipping, or physical item is involved. If the link expires before you download, contact us and we will reissue it at no cost.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content, this right is lost once delivery begins — but only where you have given prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m)).

At checkout you tick a box doing exactly that: you request immediate access and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day right once the download begins. If you prefer to keep the 14-day right, do not complete the purchase here — contact us instead.

Because access is immediate and the waiver above is given, a delivered guide is non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights. We refund in full, or reissue at your choice, where:

• the file fails to download or is corrupted;
• the guide is materially not as described on its product page;
• you were charged but no download link was ever delivered.

Prices are shown in euros and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The amount shown on the product page is the amount charged — there are no additional fees at checkout.

Email billing@andreylaugman.com with your order email. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
