Public Offer
What this contract means
This page is the public offer (Оферта) for clinical consultations under Russian Federation law. By paying for a session, you accept the offer and a contract is concluded between you and the operator. The English version is for reference; the Russian version is the binding contractual text.
Parties
The Operator (Provider) is Dr. Andrey Laugman, individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation. The Client is any natural person of legal capacity who accepts this offer.
Subject
The Operator provides paid psychological consultations remotely via video conferencing or in-person where agreed.
Acceptance
Acceptance is constituted by payment for a session. Payment confirms agreement with all terms of this offer, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
Price and Payment
Prices are listed at the booking page. Payment is made in advance via the methods offered at checkout. Currency conversion fees, if any, are paid by the Client.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund procedures are governed by the Refund Policy.
Liability
The Operator's liability is limited to the price paid for the session in question. The Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
This offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are addressed first by direct communication, then by competent Russian courts.
