Refund Policy

This policy covers paid clinical consultations and packages booked via andreylaugman.com. Editorial content (articles, screens) is free to access and outside this policy.

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled start — full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
• Within 24 hours — fee is retained, with one exception: documented force majeure may be reviewed individually.
• No-show — fee is retained.

The introductory consultation is provided for €50 (or the equivalent at the prevailing rate for non-EUR payments).

Where the session cannot take place because of a technical or organisational failure attributable to the Provider, the Client may elect either a full refund of the fee paid or a free rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time.

Multi-session packages are payable in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.

The price of a package reflects the therapeutic outcome the Client has engaged the Provider to address — the resolution of a specific clinical question — and is not calculated on a per-session basis. Because therapeutic resolution does not always correlate with session count and may be reached earlier than the indicative number of sessions, the package fee is consideration for the work as a whole.

Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable consumer rights available to the Client under applicable EU law, including the right to withdraw before the service has begun. Once the first session within a package has been delivered with the Client's consent, the package fee is fully earned.

Email billing@andreylaugman.com with the booking confirmation. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
